Resolution Inc. is an environmental consulting and training company assisting clients with workplace health and safety compliance, as well as hazardous materials/waste management and environmental compliance. The right candidate will direct, manage, and lead the company. Experience with asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, and indoor air quality is required. Must have organizational, leadership, management, and communication skills. Dependability, efficiency, integrity, professionalism and a “can do” attitude is essential in these positions.
Course Registration Policy
- If you did not take the previous training class with Resolution, Inc., we will need you to email or fax a copy of your previous certificate with your registration form. Advance registration is requested to be made at least 5 working days prior to the date of the course.
- Payment must be made in full, no later than 5 working days prior to the date of the course. Resolution will not guarantee your registration until payment is made in full and registration form filled out and signed.
- Resolution, Inc. requires all cancellations be given in writing no less than 5 working days prior to the date of course in order to receive a refund.
- Resolution, Inc. has the right to cancel any class due to lack of sufficient enrollment. At least 2 people for the refreshers and at least 3 people for the initial classes.
- In the event that Resolution, Inc. must cancel a course, you will be refunded for the cost of the class in full. However, we will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred.
- No shows will not receive refunds.

Asbestos: TN, KY, & AR Lead: TN, KY and USEPARefresher Training and TDEC Registration: TDEC recommends registering for refresher classes 90 days prior to expiration of the current certificate. Then, attend the class and submit your application no less than 60 days before your license expires.
